If you are looking for a booking that starts before July 6th, due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are only allowing online booking after this date to go through based on our opening date we had last year with the Government Regulations.
If you would like to make a booking that starts before July 6th, please email us at Contact-Us@gocampgrenvillepark.com with a booking request. Please include the following information in the email: Your full name, Trailer type & length, 15 or 30 amp power & if you prefer waterfront or not, number of adults (18 +), number of children, numbers of vehicles, and the best phone number to reach you at.
Booking request emails we receive will get priority when the Office opens. We will contact you to finalize your booking once we have our opening date from the Government, If there are too many requests and we will not be able to accommodate you we will let you know as soon as possible.
All campers on your site must fill in and sign our COVID-19 WAIVER, before entry to the Park will be granted. We ask that, you have the forms ready and completed for each occupant of your site when you arrive (There must be one waiver per adult and per child on the site). Please bring your own pen to sign any documentation or camping permit. Please download the Free App campON to fill these out electronically and receive up to date information from the park.
Any camper that refuses to fill out & sign a COVID-19 WAIVER will be denied entry to the park. At this time, we will be operating under the following rules. These rules may change as the Ontario or Federal Government amends legislation.
VISITORS/CAMPING Visitors allowed in the campground depend on the colour of the Region. The colour may change from time to time and may be different from the region you live in. If you have questions, please consult the campground.
The following common areas are closed until further notice. All areas that are closed are indicated with a sign. If you are unsure whether something is closed or not, please contact the office for clarification. • Common Areas: Games Room, Recreational Hall, Laundry Facilities, Seasonal Bathroom (east side)
WALKING AROUND THE CAMPGROUND
At all times campers must obey social distancing rules and gathering laws as mandated by the Province of Ontario. You must stay 2 meters or 6 feet away from other campers (that are not occupants of your site). You may use walking trails if social distancing rules are followed.
CHILDREN AND/OR UNDER THE AGE OF 16
We expect that all parents will ensure their children always obey the rules. If your children cannot follow these rules, please do not bring them to the campground at this time. Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times when not on your site. This includes activities such as bicycling, walking, swimming or any other activity not on your Site.
Events and Activities that can be undertaken obeying all social distancing and gathering restrictions will only be run.
You will be contacted before your arrival date by the Office to obtain your vehicle make, colour and licence plate number in order for us to prepare your camping permit. You can also complete this on the campON app under the Check-In Tab. (Submit the camping permit form) When you arrive, Check-ins will ONLY be processed through the Service Window, beside the Office door. Check-ins starts at 1:00 pm and check out is by 12:00 pm. Check-in will not be accepted after the Office closes for the day. Grenville Park is a gated facility. Upon Check-In you may obtain a gate access card with a $20 CASH ONLY deposit. This deposit is refunded to you upon return of the gate card to the Office. If you plan to depart before the Office is open, please return your gate card the night before you will check out to the Office, before closing time. Anyone that arrives in a RV unit that is not a self contained unit will be denied entry.(Self contained unit means you have a bathroom & sink) ONLY 1 self-contained RV unit per lot. ( NO dinning shelters, tents etc, will be allowed)
