What is Check in Times?

• Daily 1:00 PM TO 5:00 PM  & Friday 1:00PM TO 9:00 PM
• After Labour day weekend Friday is 1:00PM TO 8:00PM

Can I check in after the Office is Closed?

• No, we are a gated facility and you need to check in during hours so your trailer can enter the park through our gate at the Office.

Can I bring my own firewood?

• No, we all must do our part to stop the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer. Firewood is for sale at the office.

Do you allow alcohol in the campground?

• Yes, you are allowed to bring alcohol in the campground, however it must remain on your site. Alcohol is not permitted at the beach.

What time is quiet time?

• Quiet time is between 11 pm. and 8 am.

Do you have WIFI?

• We have a Free Hotspot located within a limited range around the Recreational Hall between.
• There is no access to the hotspot at your sites.
• Network Name: Grenville Park Wi-Fi
• No Password

How is Cell Service there?

• It really depends on your carrier, however so far we have had no issues with cell service.
• As a reminder if you do not have a US/Canada package on your device, we recommend you turn off roaming as it is common for cell phones to connect to us towers here.

Do you have a beach or pool?

• We have 2 beaches on the St.Lawrence.

How Many services do you offer?

• We offer 15 & 30 amp service, drinking water to the site.

Do you have Full Hookups ( SEWER? )

• No we do not, There is a free dump station.

I blew my breaker what do I do?

• Make sure you are plugged in to the post still.
• Call the Office or After hours numbers.
• Provide your full name and lot number.
• You can also fill out the Report an Issue form on our campON app page.

Can I have Visitors?

• Yes ,All visitors MUST be registered with the office during office hours before entering the park.
• Anyone not registered cannot enter the park.
• You can register your guests on our campON app under visitors hub or go to the office.

Can I put a tent on a Powered site?

• No you cannot. Only an RV (tent trailer, camper van, 5th wheel, motorhome or travel trailer can be on our powered sites).

Can I arrive Early for my stay?

• Do not arrive early for your stay. Check in times allow the camper before you to have time to check out and allow maintenance to clean up the site.
• If you arrive early you most likely will be asked to wait in the Parking lot or leave and come back at check in time.

Is the water safe to drink?

• Yes
• All tap water at the park is potable and tested monthly at the Health Unit.

Can I bring my pets?

• Yes as long as they are allowed in Ontario, and must be on leash at all times when outside.
• Pets are not allowed on the beaches (there is a designated beach for pets) or inside the buildings.
• Pets are not allowed to swim at the main beaches.
• If you would like your pet to go swimming please check at the office and we can show you were this is allowed.

Do you have laundry?

• Laundry facilites are for our Seasonal campers only.

Is EV Charging Allowed? (Electric Vehicles)

• No. EV charging is not allowed at the park.

Is there a Curfew?

• Yes those under 19 must be on their camping site after 9pm.
