Campground Policies & Covid-19 Information

This Code is over and above our normal campground rules, which still apply. Strict enforcement of all rules will be in place for all campers. If you have a fever or flu-type symptoms, please stay home. If you have tested  positive for COVID-19, are a presumptive case, or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or is a presumptive case, we request that you do not attempt to enter the campground. Please remain at your residence until you have been cleared by your local health department, or mandatory quarantine.
At this time, we will be operating under the following rules. These rules may change as the Ontario or Federal Government amends legislation.

NOTICE: IF AT ANY TIME WE ARE PLACED INTO LOCKDOWN DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND YOUR STAY CUT SHORT.

VISITORS/CAMPING

Must register during Office Hours. If your visitor will not make office hours, you can register them at the office yourself (you will need their Plate Number & vehicle type/colour) For visiting fee information please click here (located directly under camping fee chart)

COMMON AREAS 

If any areas are deemed to be closed, they will be indicated with a sign. If you are unsure whether something is closed or not, please contact the office for clarification.

WALKING AROUND THE CAMPGROUND

At all times campers must obey social distancing rules and gathering laws as mandated by the Province of Ontario. 

CHILDREN AND/OR UNDER THE AGE OF 16

We expect that all parents will ensure their children always obey the rules. If your children cannot follow these rules, please do not bring them to the campground at this time. Children must be accompanied at all times when not on your site. This includes activities such as bicycling, walking, swimming or any other activity not on your Site. Please ensure that your children are respectful of other campers’ privacy and sites. 

EVENTS/ACTIVITIES

Only Events and Activities that can be undertaken obeying all mandates by the Province of Ontario.

LIMIT OF CAMPERS IN AN AREA

Campers are expected to respect and obey all signage which restricts the number of people permitted in certain areas.

OFFICE

If you need to sign any documentation, please consider bringing your own pen. If the Office is crowded, please choose to use the Service Window.

RESPECT OF  STAFF & OTHERS

All Customers, guests and staff are responsible for respecting the dignity and rights of everyone at the campground. Every person has a right to expect their time at the campground will be without any type of discrimination, harassment or violence( this includes staff). We will not tolerate, ignore, or condone discrimination, harassment or violence and we are committed to promoting respectful conduct, tolerance and diversity at all times. We are all here to either enjoy our hard-earned leisure time, or to do our jobs as best we can: treating each other with respect is the best way to ensure that happens.

Further Details regarding your stay with us

You will be contacted by email before your arrival date by the Office to obtain your vehicle make, colour and  license plate number in order for us to prepare your camping permit. You can also complete this on  the campON app under the Check-In Tab. (Submit the camping permit form)  Check-ins start at 1:00 pm and check out is by 12:00 pm. Check-in will not be accepted after the Office closes for the day. 

Grenville Park is a gated facility. Upon Check-In you may obtain a gate access card with a $20 CASH  ONLY deposit. This deposit is refunded to you upon return of the gate card to the Office. If you plan to depart before the Office is open, please return your gate card the night before to the Office during Office Hours the day before you will check out.  

ONLY 1 self-contained RV unit per lot. ( NO sleeping tents etc, will be allowed on our powered sites under any means, dining shelter only).NO Exterior wood of any kind is permitted in the Park.
