This is only a summary of Basic Park Rules. Park management has the authority to apply new rules and evict campers to maintain safety. NOTE: MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE AND EVICT ANYONE FOR FAILURE TO OBEY THE RULES OF THE PARK, WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
Loud Noise-Disturbing Other Persons
Be considerate. Please keep the volume of your music, voices, and other noise to a reasonable level. Interfering with anyone else’s use or enjoyment of the park, day or night is contrary to Park Rules. Also DO NOT walk through any other sites. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am.
Cannabis
Occupants shall not cultivate, produce or distribute cannabis anywhere on Park lands, the site, or in the Occupant’s trailer or set up. Lawful consumption or smoking is permitted on the Occupant’s site only and is prohibited in all common areas of the Park; however, in the event that consumption or smoking on the site is the subject of valid nuisance complaints by other Occupants or their visitors, as determined solely by Park Management, then Park Management may further restrict such on site consumption or smoking as deemed by Park Management to be appropriate.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcohol is permitted only on a registered campsite. Drinking or the possession of an open alcohol container in any other Park area is prohibited.
Camping and Vehicle Permits
You must have a permit to camp or use your vehicle in the campground. A camping permit authorizes one vehicle and one set up per site.
Boat & Motorized Water Craft Launching/Docking Parking will be accommodated within a designated area. Personal docking facilities are not permitted in the Park. Additional charges apply for launching/parking. Boats, Motorized Water Craft and trailers are not to be parked on your site.
Speed Limits
Speed limits in the park are 10kmh & 5kmh in certain areas and are posted. Obey at all times. DRIVE SLOW, or you will be removed from the Park.
Check-in/ Check-out Times
Check-in time is 1pm until the Office closes for that day.Check-out is 12pm for rv sites & 11am for cabins.. Check-ins are not allowed after office hours. Please check your confirmation email for Office hours.PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. Check-ins will not be processed early.
Extending Your Length of Stay
You must renew your permit at the office prior to 12pm on departure day, providing there is park availability.
Changing Your Site
You must first inquire at the office. DO NOT set up camp until your permits have been confirmed and physically changed by the Park. This will incur a $20 charge per change.
Parking/Additional Vehicles
A permit includes the parking of one vehicle per campsite. Each additional vehicle requires a permit. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated overflow parking lot. Vehicle permit tags MUST be visible on your vehicle at all times. Vehicles without a proper tag and/or not parked in designated areas may be towed at the owners expense.
Bicycles & E-Bikes
Bicycles are allowed on roads only.No riding of bicycles after dark unless equipped with light. E-bike riders, please follow the same speed limit for vehicles.
Electric Vehicles
The charging of electric vehicles is prohibited. A charging station is available in our neighbouring town of Prescott,ON.
Unlicensed Motor Vehicles, All Terrain Vehicles/ Golf Carts ATV’s, off-road motorcycles or any other unlicensed vehicles cannot be used in the park and on park roads. ONLY SEASONAL campers are allowed to use a Golf Cart with specific rules.
Pets
Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, not aggressive and not left unattended. They are also strictly prohibited in swimming, playground and beach areas or areas adjacent to these locations. Please see the map for Dog Beach location.All pets MUST be registered to your campsite. Visitors may not bring pets to the Park. The Park reserves the right to prohibit any pets or breed at our discretion. Exemptions and rules are in place for seasonal campers only.
Campfires
Fires may only be built in the fire pit/ring provided. Do not move the fire pit/ring. Do not retire for the evening or leave your site until the fire is out. All fires are to be kept at a controllable level. Burning pallets, leaves, trash, scrap lumber, or furniture is prohibited. In the event of a fire ban, campfires are not permitted at any time, charcoal or wood burning barbecues may not be used. Notice will be posted.
Firewood
Firewood must be purchased at the store. No exterior wood of any kind is permitted in the Park. Trees and Shrubs are NOT to be cut down or damaged.
Generator Use
Transient campers are not permitted to use a generator.
Visiting Hours
Visiting hours are between 10:00am to 12pm the next day.It is the responsibility of the permit holder to ensure that all visitors to their site, and their vehicles are registered & Paid. No Unregistered visitors can come into the Park after the Office is closed for the day. Visitors can be pre-registered before the Office closes for the day.
Number of People Per Site
A maximum of six people are allowed. All sites may not exceed 4 adults (18 & over)Any exceptions would need approval by management.
Garbage & Recycling
Garbage/recyclable material must be placed in designated area. The following items are NOT to be placed in the bins: metals, hazardous waste, propane cylinders, barbecues, batteries, lawn chairs etc. Please leave your campsite in the same or better condition as when you arrived. Please do not drop off garbage between the hours of 5pm-8am.
Fireworks, Firearms and Hunting
Fireworks, Firearms and Hunting are prohibited in the Park.
Swimming
The waterfront is unsupervised at the Park (no lifeguards). Swim at your own risk. Never swim alone or in unmarked areas. Use the buddy system. Watch children and non-swimmers at all times.
Boating, Waterskiing, Jet-skiing, Etc.
Act safely and in accordance with the regulations when boating, water-skiing, jet-skiing etc. All watercraft are forbidden in the swimming zones and in areas directly adjacent to the swimming zones. Grenville Park reserves the right to deny use at their sole discretion. All watercraft must be registered at time of check-in and will incur a fee for parking/launching.
The Park is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items of personal property.
Leaving Boats or Vehicles Unattended
Your vehicle or boat should never be left unlocked and unattended, except in an area designated for that purpose. Transient boats and/or seadoos are never to be parked on a camping site.
Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in any of the Park buildings. You must be 9 meters away from any entrance.
Water
Is to be used inside your trailer only. Washing cars, trailers,ATV’S,Deck’s,Dock’s, furniture , Golf Carts etc is strictly prohibited.
Curfew
All guests must be on a site at the prescribed time. Youths under the age of 19 & other persons who are not the Principle Occupants of a site are to be under the direct supervision of the Principle Occupants between the hours 9pm to 8am.
Dumping
All requests for Tuesday scheduled pump outs must be arranged and paid through the office by Sunday at 4pm. (No emails or phone calls) All other pump outs are considered an emergency and additional charges apply. A free dumping station is available for your use at the garage.
Hydro Use
Is one of our biggest expenses in the Park, therefore we ask all campers to do their part in keeping fees down. PLEASE USE BUT DO NOT ABUSE. Use low voltage lights, turn off lights when departing/retiring for the evening. Do not leave your doors and windows open with the Air Conditioner running. Turn off air conditioners when departing. Violators will be warned/evicted at the Parks discretion.
Profanity/Violence
Screaming, hollering, abusive language and boisterous and/or violent behavior will not be tolerated.
Camp Store/Office
Our most updated Office hours are posted to the right of the Office door. You can also check our website, search us on google and facebook. Our Office store has some essential camping supplies (including firewood & ice).
After Hours
If you require after hours assistance: ie: hydro went out or noise complaint, please contact our after-hours/emergency personnel.

Refund Policy Once checked-in
Camping is about embracing the outdoors. We do not offer refunds or credits due to discomforts presented by nature or for early departures.
Reservation Cancellation Policy
Campsite reservation cancellations 3 Days or more before the scheduled arrival will result in a $25 charge, plus your reservation fee of $11.73. Cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled arrival will result in the loss of the full deposit including your reservation fee.
Long weekend campsite reservation cancellations 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a $50 charge, plus your reservation fee of $11.73. Cancellations seven or fewer days prior to the scheduled arrival, will result in the loss of the full deposit including your reservation fee.
Cabins:
Cabin cancellations made 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a $25 charge, plus your reservation fee of $11.73. Cancellations seven or fewer days prior to the scheduled arrival, will result in the loss of the full deposit including your reservation fee.
Cabin Long Weekend cancellations made 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a $75 charge, plus your reservation fee of $11.73. Cancellations seven or fewer days prior to the scheduled arrival, will result in the loss of the full deposit including your reservation fee.

WE ARE ALL HERE TO EITHER ENJOY OUR HARD-EARNED LEISURE TIME, OR TO DO OUR JOBS AS BEST WE CAN: TREATING EACH OTHER WITH RESPECT IS THE BEST WAY TO ENSURE THAT HAPPENS.
YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY EMAIL BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE BY THE OFFICE TO OBTAIN YOUR VEHICLE MAKE, COLOUR AND LICENSE PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER FOR US TO PREPARE YOUR CAMPING PERMIT. YOU CAN ALSO COMPLETE THIS ON THE CAMPON APP UNDER THE CHECK-IN TAB. (SUBMIT THE CAMPING PERMIT FORM) CHECK-INS START AT 1:00 PM AND CHECK OUT IS BY 12:00 PM. CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE OFFICE CLOSES FOR THE DAY.
GRENVILLE PARK IS A GATED FACILITY. UPON CHECK-IN YOU MAY OBTAIN A GATE ACCESS CARD WITH A $20 CASH ONLY DEPOSIT. THIS DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED TO YOU UPON RETURN OF THE GATE CARD TO THE OFFICE. CASH FOR THE GATE CARD IS ONLY GIVEN BACK SHOULD THE GATE ACCESS CARD BE RETURNED DURING OFFICE HOURS. IF YOU MUST RETURN THE GATE CARD AFTER HOURS PLEASE DEPOSIT INTO THE PROVIDED RETURN BIN TO THE RIGHT OF THE OFFICE DOOR. ONCE GATE CARD IS CHECKED BACK IN BY STAFF YOU WILL RECEIVE A $20 CREDIT ON YOUR NEXT STAY AT CHECK IN TIME. (ONLY VALID FOR THE CURRENT CAMPING SEASON) NOTICE: IF RETURNING YOUR GATE CARD AFTER HOURS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GATE CARD UNTIL THE CARD IS CHECKED BACK IN THE NEXT BUISNESS DAY BY STAFF.
ONLY 1 SELF-CONTAINED RV UNIT PER LOT. ( NO SLEEPING TENTS ETC, WILL BE ALLOWED ON OUR POWERED SITES UNDER ANY MEANS, DINING SHELTER ONLY).NO EXTERIOR WOOD OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED IN THE PARK.
