When making an online reservation the following is required as per “Accommodation Sector Registration of Guests Act, 2021”   Maintain records and register certain information for every short-term accommodation booking made through an online accommodation platform. The following is required to be on your file: The name, billing address, and primary phone number of the individual making the reservation.The make, model, and license plate number (including the issuing jurisdiction) of any guest vehicle parked on the property, unless this information is unknown when the reservation is made.

 

• Cabins are only rented out to Seasonal Camper Family & Friends and cannot be booked online. Have the Seasonal camper contact us.
• Please make sure to book reservations under the name of the intended camper.  Name on booking must match card  being used.
• We only allow self-supported cyclists to tent camp at the park. You do not need a reservation, however if you will not make office hours please email or call ahead to register.
•  NO sleeping tents etc, will be allowed on our powered sites under any means, dining shelter only.
• Booking Terms & Conditions:
  • At time of booking, a deposit of your first night fee, including a non-refundable reservation fee of $11.73 will be charged to your credit card.
  • There is no checking in after office hours.
  • No refunds for early departures.
  • Changes to your reservations will incur a fee.
  • No Outside wood of any kind.
  • Check in times are as follows: DAILY 1PM-5PM & FRIDAY 1PM-9PM ( after Sept 4 is 1PM-8PM)
  • Campsite reservation cancellations 3 Days or more before the scheduled arrival will result in a $25 charge, plus your reservation fee of $11.73.
  • Long weekend campsite reservation cancellations made 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a $50 charge, plus your reservation fee of $11.73.
• The park reserves the right to place you on any site that matches the site type that you have chosen. Site Numbers are not guaranteed. Customers are still able to make requests for areas of the park. If you wish to have a specific site number on the day of your arrival, please indicate this in the “special requests/notes” area, however this is not guaranteed. Your site number will be issued to you on the day of your check in. If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the “special requests/notes” area. We will keep all members of your party as close together as possible, given the park’s availability at the time of your booking and site types chosen by the group members.
• Please note that we are located in the country so we have limited internet for downloading & the connection is not always stable. Our internet hotspot which is Free is located around the Recreational Hall in a limited range around it. As a result, you are able to check emails and surf the web, however, you may not be able to watch movies or play X-Box.. This means if you need a guarantee that the internet is available for your work zoom meetings or streaming classroom lessons you should please plan ahead and have your own hotspot available.
